Shipping policy

We currently ship to all provinces and cities within Vietnam.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

• Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi: 1 - 3 business days
• Other cities/provinces: 3 - 5 business days
• Remote areas may require additional time.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated based on the actual delivery distance. We will notify you with the exact amount after your order is placed.

4. Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners including GHN, GHTK, and ViettelPost to ensure fast and safe delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link and you can track your parcel anytime until it arrives.

5. Delivery Notes

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect information.
